Fruit Smoothies
Fruit smoothies are perfect for all occasions and are so healthy because they contain many types of fresh fruits. These fruits can either be tinned or freshly picked yourself or from a store. Once your ingredients are prepared, simply blend in a blender or food processor until it reaches a smooth consistency. Once you are happy with the consistency, add some ice cubes and blend once more. Serve immediately.

Yum! Smoothies make a fun, colorful addition to any summer meal! Kale is another sweet addition to a fruit smoothie that adds to the delicious flavor. Voted up and bookmarked.
Thanks for the idea! I'm glad you found this helpful. Kale sounds like another interesting ingredient, I shall have to add more recipes along the way :)
I love smoothies but had never really thought about vegetable smoothies other than mixing some kale with an otherwise fruit smoothie. I am going to have to try out some of these.
These smoothies look amazing. Great write up!:)
Once again thanks for reading and I'm happy you liked it. Let me know what you think of the smoothies you try!:)
Sounds like these would be very refreshing alternatives to my usual summer cocktails. I think I'll try a few during these 80-90 degree days we are having in July.
Must have smoothie, want smoothie, need smoothie!! ( visual climax happening here, lol! ) Just made me think of wearing a smoothie, I got a book somewhere too, I really need to make one before summers end.
